The design is a combination of a classical architecture and modern furniture. This is to optimize the existing space organized on one level with an atrium in the centre of the leisure-purpose building. All services are located to the left of the atrium, including a bar, a restaurant, relaxation zone, bathrooms for customers, small surface for staff and kitchen. On the right side, the larger space was left open to enable various combinations of arranging chairs and tables. Natural pigmentation in the service part and the colour of the cement together with bricks outside show the original structure and the division of spaces is made with sequences of columns.
